A Warm Welcome to the New School Year

Dear East High School Community,

As we prepare to embark on another exciting school year, I am thrilled to welcome each of you back to Denver East High School, home of the Angels. Whether you are returning to continue your academic journey or joining us for the first time, I am confident that this year will be one of growth, discovery, and success for all.

Our top priority is to ensure a safe and positive environment where every student can thrive. We understand that the start of a new school year brings with it a mix of excitement and uncertainty. That’s why we are committed to creating a welcoming atmosphere where students feel supported, respected, and inspired to achieve their best. Our dedicated team of educators, staff, and administrators is here to guide and assist you every step of the way.

East High School has a proud history of academic excellence and a tradition of offering diverse opportunities for our students. Our rigorous academic programs are designed to challenge and engage students, preparing them for success in college, careers, and beyond. We also offer a wide range of extracurricular activities, from athletics to arts to student organizations, allowing students to explore their passions and develop their talents outside the classroom.

One of the greatest strengths of East High School is our diverse and inclusive community. We believe that every student brings something unique to our school, and we are committed to celebrating and embracing that diversity. This year, we will continue to foster a culture of collaboration, respect, and mutual understanding, ensuring that every student feels valued and empowered to contribute to our school community.

We recognize the vital role that families and the broader community play in the success of our students. We encourage you to stay connected with us throughout the school year by attending school events and staying informed through our website and social media channels. Your involvement and support are crucial to creating a thriving school environment.

Here’s a few notes and details that might be helpful as you head into the week:
