The After Prom build is in full swing, but we’re facing a critical funding gap. We need to meet our fundraising goal in the next few weeks to deliver the magical night our seniors deserve.

Calling All East Parents: Help Us Find Our After Prom Workshop!
Urgent Need for Large Space

Every year, the magic of East High School’s After Prom comes to life thanks to the incredible dedication of our parent volunteers. These talented individuals transform raw materials into breathtaking themed environments that make the night unforgettable. This year, we need your help with a crucial piece of the puzzle: securing a workshop space to bring our vision to life!

Our Urgent Need: Workshop Space

We’re searching for a temporary workshop to build and store our After Prom sets and structures. This space will serve as the creative hub where parent volunteers collaborate to craft the event’s magic.

What We’re Looking For:

• Size: Large enough to accommodate multiple set pieces (4,000+ square feet ideal)
• Access to Water: Necessary for painting
• Availability: ASAP through May 2025
• Accessibility: Ground-level entry or large elevator for materials
• Features: Basic lighting, electrical outlets, parking for volunteers
• Location: In or near Denver, accessible day, night, and weekends

Ideal Spaces Could Include:

• Empty warehouse space
• Unused retail space
• Large garage or industrial area
• Church basement or fellowship hall
• Community center or commercial property slated for demolition

We’re hoping to find a donated space that qualifies for a tax deduction through East High School’s PTSA (a 501(c)(3) organization). This is a wonderful opportunity for local businesses and property owners to make a meaningful contribution to our school community.
