Dear Potential Sponsor:
We are excited to announce that we will have 60 students representing Denver East High School at DECA’s International Career Development Conference (ICDC) in April. The students have worked hard to prepare for their competitive events and are thrilled to represent East HS, Denver, and Colorado in Atlanta.
However, all of this comes with a price tag — $1,000 per student to be exact. This amount covers the airfare, hotel, conference registration, transportation, a couple of meals, and sightseeing tickets. Students have been doing fundraising throughout the year to help cover costs. We have 7 students who will need full financial support and 12 students who need partial scholarships.
We are hoping that local businesses can help with this endeavor by providing financial sponsorship at one of four levels: Platinum, Gold, Silver or Bronze.
PLATINUM = $1,000
Covers the total expenses for one student to attend ICDC
GOLD = $630
Covers the airfare and hotel for one student
SILVER = $350
Covers the in-town transportation, attractions and meals for one student
BRONZE = $130
Covers the registration fee for one student
OTHER = Donations of any amount are gratefully accepted
All sponsors will receive “shout-outs” on our social media platforms – Instagram and Facebook. Sponsors at the Platinum and Gold level will also receive mentions in our weekly newsletter to parents and on the EHS website. These platforms reach out to our 2,500 students and families in the City Park neighborhood and throughout the community.
Your company can donate by writing a check to Denver East High School (memo line: East DECA) or on the online venue “My School Bucks”. Mail checks to East High School, Attn: Mallory Cleveland, 1600 City Park Esplanade, Denver, CO 80206.
